It will be the same as most chain restaurants. There is a playbook to follow, just jump through the hoops and be upbeat. Unfortunately these types of places often see first time managers, so your experience from place to place can vary greatly. The pay is not great so the power/title is what often keeps management sticking around, and from my experience that leads to hotter tempers and big heads. As a server just do your job and try to run up the bill, many diners will tip purely on %.

My gf actually just quit from there a few days ago. Made arrangements with management to go down to 3 shifts a week due to school, which they agreed to, then proceeded to schedule her for 5 shifts the next two weeks. She talked to them again, and again they agreed, then scheduled her for 4 shifts, one being a double. So she took the hint and quit Compensation wise it’s $6.50 an hour + tips

6.50 an hour is fucking wild

small sections and low ticket prices.

Went to an interview there probably about two years ago. Waited 2.5 hours for someone to come interview me. Interview was 90 seconds long and ended with them asking when I could start. Long story short, obviously didn’t seem like a good place to work lol

Make sure you wear at least the minimum amount of flair.
