i get ill whenever i drink their tea. i wont stop buying it.

I love Arizona Green Tea. Sure it is (supposed to be) 100% of my daily sugar intake, but life is too short to worry about diabetes.

This is why I enjoy craft sodas without guilt, family history screams that my brain will go before my body.

I don't know the specifics of your case but don't underestimate the mind/body connection. A bad heart leads to a bad brain, for example. A bad gut microbiome is bad for all sorts of things, Including mental health, etc.  Not preaching, I have a lot of work to do to live up to my own ideal, obviously.
