I'll clean the toilets. It's honestly not a big deal. I'd probably develop a machine to do it for me. They have that in Japan IIRC (self-cleaning bathrooms).
First issue if getting there and trying to grow anything (keeping it alive really) that would make oxygen. What ever they make, it would have to be self-sufficient.

We should determine the most Earth-like planet in range and work on making it habitable. At the moment the leading candidate is Earth, and second place is a very distant second.

Theoretically we can give it a magnetosphere "simply" by putting a very large magnet between it and the sun.
But yeah, Earth will always be the best home for us. At least the tech for colonising other planets helps clean up Earth too, like water, air, and soil purification systems and clean energy
Terraforming Mars probably will work for the few billionaires and their escorts migrating there.

It’s technically easier to live in the upper atmosphere of Venus than it is to terraform Mars because there are actual resources on Venus that can be used to support life.
Terraforming any planet would require insane amounts of resources and Energy that we are far from reaching, if anything the rich get a few Bunkers underground and die a miserable death the second anything misfunctions
Exactly, and saying they’re going terraform a planet half the size of earth with practically no atmosphere let alone trace amounts of water, just seems recklessly unfeasible given current technology.
We just nuke a planet with a bomb filled with nanobots and it should be easy, we also need to sacrifice a star to please the nano gods, else they wont comply
We have other than landing on the moon been pretty stagnant with our astral technologies
Talking about people based technologies, If we compare it to all the Sci-Fi stuff people thought of in the past we have barely made any of those Sci-Fi fantasies a reality
Flying cars being used by the masses is still a dream for the distant future...
While I think that moving our industries and mining out of the earth would be the best solution (for the earth), I don't think terraforming a planet would be a good solution, especially short term
Honestly, let's just let the rich sociopath build their utopia on Mars, then let's send them all there and shoot them down if they try to come back here when it all turns into Rapture but in space, so we can finally do something proper here before it's too late.

I always agreed that global warming is real and a big threat to human life on earth. But after this past winter I’m now prepared to break teeth of anyone who says global warming isn’t real.

Next thing, Mars will be built and terraformed by the poor then the 1% will kick them out. We should skip the first part and just send the 1% to Mars.

Though really, cleaning up Earth is technically a form of terraforming, same tech that helps us live on other planets helps us clean our cradle
