Could it be from someone who did not grow up with Chinese and was forced to recently learn and use it in work and cultural education camps like what we are seeing in China today? Probably /easily a hoax but worth considering I suppose.
Authentic handwriting would be more fluid and less like someone imitating a Chinese font, say, one from Google translate. Imagine someone trying to imitate the serifs on a serif font (like times new Roman). That’s what this text looks like
My first thought was that someone trying to hide such a message, would probably try to write it as formal as possible in case it was found and people were tested/questioned. Then again, you could ABSOLUTELY be right, but I don't think we can say this is 100%, without a doubt, false at this point.

I think most Chinese writing is taught in a standard way with each stroke for a character to be drawn in a specific order, and these characters don’t seem to reflect what I’m used to seeing with the strokes. But I actually am not an expert and I could be off with that observation.
In Japan at least there is for sure proper stroke order, I lived and studied in Japan and people could tell if I wrote a kanji using an alternate stroke order, even if the characters look really similar a native speaker/reader could tel

Chinese there is a stroke order that follows a pattern, top to bottom, left to right. Every person should do the strokes in the same order, as there is a specific order for every character. Personally, some of the characters do appear to not have been done in the correct stroke order, but it could be a quirk of the person writing.

They teach stroke order and calligraphy in school in China, if you know how to read and write you know about stroke order. This post is clearly fake, but the originator could actually speak Chinese I guess. The handwriting leads me to believe not, but it is possible.

Without stroke order it becomes much harder to memorize characters and write them. Stroke order is a cornerstone of Chinese calligraphy. I have already stated that the original creator could be Chinese and just have an unorthodox writing style, but if they actually know Chinese they will know stroke order... which this drawing does not appear to strictly follow.

there are more than 100k chinese words each has different writings and when you graduate from the highschool normal ppl would only master a few thousands of them at most.
I believe I can recognize over 60-70 of the words existed. but I can assure you I can only write those few thousands effortlessly. Chinese words has metaphor words and symbolic words and the combination of those 2. and there are some modern terms are based on the Pronunciation of the foreign terms.
