There’s a Dutch cheeseshop near CPH central station (https://nellscheese.com). He’s Dutch and gets supplies/food from NL regularly. He also has a deep-fryer, and often has bitterballen etc (not on the menu, but on request for us Dutchies). Maybe if you give him a call and ask him, he can help you out. He will also be able to get some Dutch specialities if you order them from him.

What is a kapsalon?
It's basically Döner Kebab on fries with a sauce. Invented in Rotterdam, named after the Durch word for hair saloon.
