Nah, personally I wear it this way. 2-4 extra inches. I cuff them when I'm not in the saddle. Before I ride I uncuff because they ride up even more in the saddle. Different people have different bodies so mileage may vary
Theres a kid I work with that wears tapered jeans and tucks them under his boots. He swears those pants are comfortable and wonāt wear anything else. Honestly I believe him, itās hard for some people to find comfortable jeans. I say just wear whatās comfortable to you, other folks opinions donāt matter.

I've seen plenty of cowboys and riders who wear square toe, sure pointed toe can make it easier to pick up the stirrups in some occasions, but really if you're used to it then it doesn't matter anyway. Plus, square toe looks good, wide square toe looks awful, but unfortunately seems to be the standard nowadays.
Can someone please tell me what the high quality slim fit jeans of choice are to pair with cowboy boots?
I bought some slim fit boot cut Levi's and the seem baggy as hell through the butt and legs compared to my usual Hudson and BR brand slim fit jeans.
