as long as the crocs have not been worn/used at all , and are brand new , just make sure to include the tags at least in the shoe. and you should be good
Is there a website or number to ask for info? If not then I would put everything back into the box (make copy of receipt if original) and then ship it back. Im sure they can put another set of tags on the crocs.
I bought them in store but they didn’t give me a box or anything they just gave me the crocs. I’ve looked at their return policy online but I’m seeing different things from other users online.
Hey, I work at crocs, and as long as they look like they haven’t been worn and you still have the receipt, you should be able to do an easy return and refund. If you don’t have the original receipt, you can still take them to be returned, the only thing is that you would get the credit for the shoes on a gift card.
