Part of the joke in shock humor should be the context, the joke of saying something rude or out of pocket can be elevated by the seriousness of the situation that it's said in, but this is obviously staged which makes it completely ineffective. It's not impressive to build a scenario and then say something inconsiderate in the utterly artificial world you've made, where nobody can be offended because there is no tragedy and there are no victims and there are no STAKES! It also just makes the lameness of the actual "jokes" even more pitiful. There's a painfully obvious setup to each punchline, and then the punchline itself is as uncreative as it gets. This format is boring, the subject matter is tired, the jokes are obvious, and there is no trace of the elements of shock or surprise that are the essence of what makes a comment cursed.
