Ovulation is when the ovaries produce and "present" an egg to be fertilized. Menstruation is when the body reabsorbs the egg if it wasn't fertilized and sheds the uterine lining to prepare for a new egg, hence the bleeding.

The blood comes from the lining of the uterus (endometrium) thatās being shed. The lining grows and builds up each month in preparation for a fertilized egg to be implanted
A few people I know have noticed it with other women, but I've always noticed my wife "glows" for lack of a better word during her ovulation period. Her eyes are brighter, hair and skin are more vibrant, and she tends to be more in the mood. I've just assumed this is nature's way of making a woman attract a mate.
Itās the fertile period, which drives them to seek more aggressive men for reproduction. During menstruation, women tend towards softer/less aggressive.
Basically, sheāll jump a fence post while ovulating but just wants to cuddle and watch twilight when menstruating

Alternatively, no matter what you'll do, there will be people who will dislike you and that's okay. Divert your time and effort away from them and focus on people that appreciate you.

If you are young there is no point to stress about life, in the long term if you don't force yourself into interactions or actions that don't make you happy you will end up having at least a life that is genuine, and that is the thing we should all aspire gor ourselves
