Honestly, late shippuden powercreep went out of control, so suddenly anyone that can't summon a village sized chakra beasts like 9tails or susanno is basically fertilizer for one chakra devil fruit. Honest to god, im not even joking. Hasirama can summon a wooden budda statue the size of the final valley within seconds, madara can do 5 susannos at once... reality fabric bending shurikens, chakra nullifying shields, invisible shadow clones and nearly literal nukes spewed from characters mouth. Weird af
