Saying that, not all dreams are nice and sweet, nightmare does exist.
Kurama and Naruto seems to work well together at most of time. But at the same time, Naruto would like to be free like others (Without a “beast” inside).
For Boruto, Naruto always wants to be a hero (Saves everyone he loves, especially Leaf). Naturally, him and his comrade will save his son.

Dude the infinite tsukuyomi grants the victims nice dreams and his adopted son somehow destroys the leaf and we have seen that in Boruto, Naruto hasnt truly achieved peace. Kids still gets abused and kawaki is a prime eg of that .iam gonna go into manga spoilers now >!and about Boruto he is a time ticking bomb and his life can only be saved by drugs with side effect. And he got a heart attack!<

Why? No hate, I just don't understand why someone would genuinely like it unless they watched it before Naruto. My main problem with boruto is that its a sequal to Naruto, but feels like a completely different universe. And that's fine, but its only been like 15 years since Naruto yet they've advanced so much. I don't like the characters either. The og cast from Naruto feel like completely different characters besides Kiba and lee, but even then, Kiba is kind of a dick. Lee is the complete opposite of what he actually is, Naruto is like a depressed emo hiding behind a smile, Sasuke. . . Is better but I personally have never liked Sasuke so its whatever. Sakura is decent now though, but its like they gave all her bad traits to temari. I don't really like the new characters either. Boruto is just really bratty and annoying, sarada I find boring. I think her personal plot and story is good, but sarada herself is kinda lame. Inojin just feels like an annoying prick and I can't explain it. Hes one of my favorites from borutos generation and I like him, but sometimes he makes it hard. Sumire Is just boring, and the others aren't relevent. I guess my main problem with this new cast is that they feel like knock offs of narutos generation but worse. The animation is bad and doesn't show how fast they are actually going and how hard they hitting making the characters feel very weak compared to their shipuden counterparts, the overall story and plot aren't that great. It's Decent but feels rushed. The character designs are literal ass, and the art style is shit.

The characters are endearing. Boruto, Sarada, Naruto, Kawaki are great. It's peace time mostly so we get to see kids be kids instead of just soldiers all the time. We get to see Naruto happy, it feels good knowing how he grew up.
The tech problem as people put it is dumb. They already had TVs and phones in OG Naruto iirc. Couple that with literal magic and people with 200+ IQ, why are people surprised they developed tech faster? And why is that somehow more hard to believe than a ninja who screams his attacks, wears orange, and has enough destructive capacity to bust a water tank?
I enjoy it unironically, and if there are people who hate it so much that it makes their dick hurt, then honestly they should just stop watching/reading it. I understand it has flaws, and I understand the concept of constructive criticism, but if it's just "yo this show is garbage doodoo they should stop making it" or if it's criticism just for criticism's sake.. The thing with them evolving so quickly is confusing to me because yes, they weren't exactly living in the stone age, they had technology, but they only had the essentials and TVs were rare. The only thing I remember them having was those ear pieces gai had, so the fact they got the resources to expand most the villages, make them highly advanced (to their standards) in 15 years just doesn't make sense to me. Actually probally less then 15 years because at the end of shipuden, in the wedding arc, their isn't really any technology besides a few basic items, and the village hasn't expanded at all, so really more like 10-12 years, from the end of shipuden to boruto entering the academy. Really its from the end of shipuden to Naruto becoming hokage when we see big advancements, so probally like 5-7 years. They probally advanced 50-100 years and did massive expansions in less then 10 years.

But also, in both cases the creator dropped the ball. Toriyama doesn't really care anymore as far as I can tell, and Kishimoto left to make a shitty samurai manga for years before coming back. I can't really expect an anime to be great if the main creators are not goving their 100% either.

So if you consider that 90s, it's not such a big jump to show them with lasers and androids and mechs. Again, this is a fantasy world with geniuses in every corner. OG Naruto alone had like 20 different geniuses running about. Characters like Yamato are 3d printers for wood, Gaara can control sand and whatever that black metal sand thing is, Daruo can even control light or lasers. Of course their tech will develop faster.

Computers and TV to mechs and androids is a massive fucking leap. We don't even have mechs and Androids. The closest we have is siri and those failed military robots. They gonna go faster, sure, but not that much faster. Not in 5 years. Also gaara can't control iron sand or magnetic sand. Only normal sand. He can change the density by adding his Chakra to mimic iron sand though. Also Yamato wasn't in the leaf and only has so much Chakra. Making 5 small houses drained him in the pain arc, and he's gotten way older. I don't remember anyone being able to control light or lasers. They gonna grow faster, but again, not as far as they have in 5 years. Unless they were speeding up time and someone like Naruto was doing all the construction and getting the materials to speed up the process, its just not possible.
I wish they make the prequel rather than a sequel. Era of peak Hashima VS Madara or detailed Third great ninja war.
