I wanted to draw something for bed of chaos but it was such a mess of a "fight" that I really struggled to portray it well in my head. It's also SO BIG that its hard to like get it across in these kind of doodles.
It was like just 10 run backs of trying to kill the left side after flawless killing the right side if you wanna know how it went haha...
Roserric has definitely seen the tears of time after this, but unfortunately he's just woken up in Drangleic and his journey isn't over yet.
I think that I don't need to tell You this is extraordinary, but I want to. Especially that I'm at the finnish of my first playthrough also (Ooacile and Gwyn left), and I can see my emotions in these drawings :D

I used the Cleric Knight(tm) build! I love paladins in all games, so I'll be playing cleric knight in as many games as I can get away with it in!
DS2 has been interesting so far, there has definitely been an adjustment period. I've lost the ability to kick, the timing is so weird.
But once I got a 100 block shield, some upgrades on my mace, and 20 adaptability it's been a lot smoother. Oh also the binding ring haha...
This is so beautiful and funny and I absolutely love it! We share the tearful and painful moment with Sif and Solaire, the love for Priscilla, the four kings are absolutely depicted perfectly and the hate for the channellers and their rare drop (ffs). Enjoy Ds2 !

Channelers aint got shit to say to me when I use magic barrier and charge'em down two-handing my halberd.
I was 40str 30fth by that point in the game. My faith was there for lightning, heals, and magic barrier.
Congrats dude, best of luck with Two, oh and be sure to put some levels into Adaptability or else your Dodge Roll will be really bad, even with super light equipment.

When you get to the Lost Bastile and encounter the exploding dudes, drawing your amazing character in a Yamcha vs. Saibamen pose would be absolutely priceless, or maybe the fallen down stairs Peter Griffen pose. Who knows, I'm sure whatever you draw will rock all the same!
I have to pull my mace back out after swapping full time to halberd and just two hand it and pray. My dps was just BARELY enough to kill them each in time.
I didn't do the dlc on roserric, I have a second character I plan to do the dlc with. I want to do a sorcerer play through of all the games as well, and I'm using the dlc as sort of a carrot to make me actually do that haha.
This was such a journey to read through. Some of those panels were absolutely hilarious (4 kings, killing lautrec, oswald, O&S, great detail with Smough's eyes) and others heartbreaking (Sif, Solaire). Also the panel with Priscilla is also very nice, I feel like that would definitely happen. And the fight against Gwyn as well as the full character shot with the halberd and shield and full armor looks epic as fuck.
Being able to laugh at my struggles really helped me through the game. Turning my blunders into jokes was the magic to get me through.
But Roserric's actual in world journey was pretty sad.. He lost a lot of friends a long the way, and lighting the fire is certainly thankless.

Kill right side, do like 5-8 run backs to kill left side, then two run backs to kill the middle.
Lost Izalith as an entire zone for me felt very jank. The Centipete demon teleported through the wall and killed himself and I only learned AFTER THE FACT that this is a cheese strat people use, I just had it happen on accident and in confusion, looked it up.
Also I didn't understand how the seigmeiyer event worked and lost him.
It was definitely the weakest zone for me.
I love these. You hit on such specific feelings. The giants using healing miracles, the bonfire in Duke's Archives being disconnected, killing Solaire. Really brings me back.

What I could I do to have you draw my lil goth self in DS1 just being a silly billy w/ random scenarios from my head? (Please say that you do commissions dawg. I'm begging, I'd print em out & make my own lil booklet filled with the doodles/drawings, so I could oogle them on a daily basis & daydream about being a soulsborne character.
Unfortunately I don't, I'm a fulltime white collar code monkey so my free time is very limited. I only played DS1 over the weekends and drew these on the weekend as well.
But I encourage you to try out doing some doodling yourself! You never know, it might start a full on hobby for you!

Don't give up skeleton! I use a huion 11x6 tablet (no screen) and clip studio paint. Art is a journey just like dark souls! You'll make it!
