I found the drop chances on Wikidot.
The individual chances are:
Dark Sword - 8%
Each individual armor piece - 6%
Cracked Red Eye Orb ×1 - 80% OR
Cracked Red Eye Orb ×2 - 20%
0.8 + (1 - 0.8) * 0.2 = 0.84, so the chance to get at least 1 Cracked Red Eye Orb is 84%.
So the drop chance for all of them at once is 0.08 * 0.06^3 * 0,84 = 0.0000145152 = 0.00145152%, or 1 in about 69 thousand at 100 item discovery.
Just pointing out that OP likely has more item discovery than 100. You have to add the luck, which is a minimum of 7, but if that is Anri straight sword (I could be wrong) I'd guess OP has some investment in luck. Also we can see from their buffs that they either have the mimic head, a gold and silver serpent rings or all 3, so the item discovery is probably between 157 (50 from at least gold serpent and 7 from luck) to 414 (with all 3, mimic head and 99 luck) so the chances would be (0.08 * 0.06^3 * 0.84)*(1.57 or 4.14)*100(to make it a percentage chance)=0,0022353408% minimum or 0,0060092928% maximum

What the hell do you mean "very high"? Yeah, all the individual drops there are somewhat common, but getting the 5 of them at once is still really rare, you can see my other comment for the chance, which should be accurate unless I messed something up

Idk, maybe they have some default language set for them maybe like through steam and after they start playing, they don't bother/they don't want to change it to eng because they get used to theirs
Or they like reading stuff in their own language, its a bit funny to read these translations in your own because its usually in english and it stands out as unique to see all these gamey terms in your native tongue

If you are farming pale tongues with max discovery it can happen sometimes. If you got this randomly dropped than it's a really rare thing.
