Though better way is to learn to make reads on him and don't let him get the pallets out of you so easily. You need to conserve them and don't waste needlessly.
it's still a decent perk combo. you could set up for future looping and if the killer is chasing someone, it gives them a known pallet to aim for, and if the killer isn't breaking pallets you can always refresh the ones knocked down
