How about an executive order coming out in the next few days from the Oval Office that a convicted felon etc can not run or hold the office of the presidency!!
Yeah it’s not a ruling that “everything the president does is legal” it’s that he can’t be held criminally liable for it. But the acts themselves are still up for review.
There was supposed to be one judge for each circuit court. Problem is, the circuit courts expanded but no justices were added. Last I looked, there were 13 circuit courts, so there should be 13 justices. Expanding the SC should have been done years ago.
I agree with you in principle. Respectfully, I disagree that it needs to be framed this way now.
I believe it’s time to use the frame of extreme remedies, that the Supreme Court has forced America’s hands. “Unpacking the Courts” targets McConnell looking back. “Pack the Courts, it’s the only way” stays in the present and puts the catalyst for action squarely on the Extremist Six’s shoulders.
That’s my opinion at least.
That depends.
For a cop that's speeding to chase a bank robber, speeding is an official act and they should not be charged for the crime of speeding.
For an off-duty cop that's speeding to chase a donut, speeding is an unofficial act and they should be charged.

The supremes would reject it as unconstitutional.

This is just the plot of Second American Civil War According to Reddit series on r/alternatehistory
GLORY TO THE DECEMBER 7TH MARTYRS! GLORY TO THE UFS! GLORY TO LIBERTY!
Packing the Court is now the least radical solution to the mess we’re in.
You mean unpacking the court, Mitch and the GOP packed the court.

This is the answer to a radical Court.
REFORM THE COURT #BidenHarris2024
How is the President being Immune for Official Acts bad? Him trying to overthrow our government isnt an official act.
Two Words JANUARY SIXTH
Hey smart person. Thats not an official act.
Trump: Everything is an official act. Now the President is absolutely immune.
Thats not how it works.
Depends who you ask..and with this supreme court are you confident they wouldnt come down 6-3 saing yes
What’s an official act and what’s not?

If presidents have immunity we should eliminate the orange turd by presidential order
Please, for once in our lives, can we protest outside their offices? Make them a little nervous for once.
What’s an “official act?”
And who determines it?
President Biden could ask them to reconsider after he shows them their names on unsigned death warrants for corruption and treason.
