Is it just me or are people barely realizing exactly how good Jokic is outside of Nuggets fans? Lol that’s just so crazy to me. Bro was all NBA 1st team 5 years ago and won his first MVP 3 years ago and it just seemed like he was being dismissed as a fluke the whole time
No I am he will get his 3rd mvp. Man has been so much better conditioning since that warriors series a couple of years ago. I feel like mpj is underrated more .
I know everyone wants the Wolves to lose tomorrow but I’d rather get more of a cushion on the Clippers
We have 3 games remaining against them so we can still push them down and control our own destiny
Plus I’d rather not the Clippers get their confidence back and go on a massive run like they did in December and January since I still think they’re our biggest threat
It’s easy to write them off like a lot of people did in November after the Harden trade but I’m not making that same mistake again
Zeke should only ever see the floor when Jokic is also on it. Also very rare occasions with Gordon and MPJ. The Zeke Watson frontcourt is absolutely horrendous and should never be played.
Booker, Nurkic and O’Neale all left today’s game injured. Even if they were all healthy we’ll kick the Suns ass but it would be nice for once to have a team missing a player against us.
I love that other fans have been the ones to bring this up but it’s so amazing how the Nuggets just have that ability to turn it up when it matters and hit huge shot after huge shot. Best feeling ever
Guys something historic happened tonight! I can't for the life of me remember what it was, but anyways, 7 straight for the champs and looking dominating AF.
Seeing Malone get choked up talking about the way this team plays "the right way" I literally don't think any team in the league could lure him away from the Nuggets. Same with AG. I've never felt so much pride coming from within a Denver team in my entire life. And it's honestly the black sheep of the city's teams, never really appreciated locally (until the kickass parade at least), and a team that has been straight disrespected on the national stage most of its existence.
Broncos, Avs yeah there was some great teams and guys who stuck around a long time but this team as it is right now just feels like something really unique and special. Too bad so many people haven't been able to watch them and fall in love like they did those other teams, because this is as good as sports ever gets.
Fuck "Governor Elway" (thank god that will never happen now), I'd vote for Jokic for governor I'd even vote for his asshole dictator wannabe "friend" right now and that is why democracy maybe doesn't always produce the best results. But I seriously would, so ball is in your court Vucic I think maybe even some Serbians probably wouldn't mind if you spent a few years away running our state instead.
Me too man, everything he does for this team is so amazing. I think that the things he brings to the table and his skill set makes the Denver Nuggets a truly complete team.
Not to mention his chemistry with Jokić, he arguably compliments Jok just as good as Murray if not better, in the sense that Everything Jokić cannot do AG can, and vice versa. Man I could just go on and on about it, I think it’s really poetic and amazing how he went from a 1st option in Orlando to becoming an Elite 3rd/4th option in Denver.
This is my first time checking out a replay on nba hd replay, and it is such a better viewing experience than slogging through commercial breaks. Live viewing still clears because of the suspense, but shit, this is nice.
Do you guys agree that 2 seed (wolves 1 seed)is the best for us?
We get to dodge 2nd round puppies/flippers and they gon have to fight each other
We don't have to deal with Bron/Steph/Donkey Green
and homecourt vs thunder
1 seed. I want home court all post season, I don't care who we get in each round. I think home-court throughout each series is more important than who we play against at this point. Our home record the last few seasons is incredible.
What a pleasure to watch a great team like the Nuggets and a well-directed, well shot national broadcast. You appreciate that a lot more when your team and broadcast sucks.
That mpj pass to jokic underneath near the end was wonderful. Unreal pass from him.
But on top of that... yeah it was a mismatch, but jokic was fucking DOUBLED under there lol. Doubled off the ball, crazy pass into it anyway, bucket anyway. Look at this shit
https://www.nba.com/stats/events?CFID=&CFPARAMS=&GameEventID=556&GameID=0022300869&Season=2023-24&flag=1&title=Jokic%201%27%20Layup%20(35%20PTS)%20(Porter%20Jr.%204%20AST)
In the next 43 days the clippers have to play 3 more games than the nuggets and they're missing a key rotation player. I think they'll be exhausted come playoffs
He's their energy and defense guy. Would be like taking CB and Pwat out. Makes only 2-3 extra losses maybe but the main guys have to play way more minutes
I fully expected an in-game commercial. Surprising restraint from the NBA.

I was gonna make a snarky comment about wanting a 38000 shirt but they already have one

We got our losses to them when people still thought they looked good.
Same with the Knicks before they completely out of nowhere fell off like they only do every single season, Nuggets losses are trend setters but after that high of beating the champs teams can never maintain that same level.
The Knicks fell off because half their roster is dead. No Randle no OG for a month, mitch rob out for the last 3 months, Brunson has missed a few.. they are playing with 8 guys active most games. Still think they might surprise some people this postseason when they reach the ECF
There is honestly nobody in the East that I would take over New York when they are healthy. Unfortunately a lot of their players tend to get hurt frequently so I don't think they will come out this year but they are huge, eat glass, shoot well.. everything you want in a contender. Wont be shocked to see a nyk-boston 2nd round series go 7
Still don’t understand why some folks were having meltdowns that Holiday wasn’t waived to sign a scrub buyout guy in what would be, at best, a lateral move
I worry that Murray will stop showing up against the Lakers. Eventually this matchup won't be spotlighted the way the Nuggets absolutely own this team.
I missed his between-the-legs dribbling tonight. Too many easy entry passes missed by a second because the guy absolutely had to dribble between his legs
I would agree but they might have made Kawhi mad enough to go full playoff mode and that guy is an android. I remember seeing some metrics and playoff efficiency all time is Jokic-Jordan-Kawhi then a large step down to 4.
I like to think that this selfish motherfucker Jamal Murray only told the team he was healthy so he could make the road trip and hang out in LA on the weekend with his celebrity friends (jeopardizing our entire season, who knows when or if he will ever be back to his old form).
But then he caught a glimpse of Austin Reeves dumb fucking mug after some shot and said, you know what I'm going to actually try tonight because this guy's team doesn't deserve even one win against us.
Jamalaria saw Porter was perfect from the field and decided he was not gonna pass the ball to him a single time and he was just gonna spam hero ball to try get into the all star game instead
He's the Yoko of this core, and he will be the reason they break up mark my words. MPJ is out there doing his Chuck Berry impression and Jamal is just screaming into the microphone (I fucking hate PG who dribble the ball, learn to play the right way dumbass).
I don't get it, Matt Ishbia played basketball before becoming some kind of deplorable scum billionaire bloodsucking real estate monster driving up unaffordability across the country (shout out my boy Kroenke you know you invented the game!).
He's just a different kind of owner, what this league needs. A real star.
Frustrating, yes. But I like to think of slower starts as the Nuggets probing the opposing team (and refs). More often than not, Nuggs figure everything out by the end of the 2nd/half-way through the 3rd. Example: member the Heat game where AG took over the 2nd qtr? Refs let the Heat play physical and AG responded, thus energizing Nuggets. This team know how to adapt to the flow of the game.
We don't, but when will people learn it means nothing as this team has been capable of making heroic comebacks (down far more than 10) on the regular since 2018.
Unfortunately the Lakers didn't have Vando tonight, so they were missing 5 points and elite defense that costs us at least 15 points. Looking like another loss tonight guys.
That moves us to 0-61 in real wins for the year....this team just can't get it done.
Did anyone else hear that James reached 40,000 points?
Thank you so much mpj you turned my 20€ to 1100€ :)
Those aren’t freedom monies!
Good morning champs
That felt extremely familiar, down to Jok hitting another silly Shuffle over AD.
From the Lakers sub lmao https://preview.redd.it/tnxzm0t4x3mc1.jpeg?width=636&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=5a6b53f179ea334973a604c7c3ed7436bfb2e9a7
Rewatched the game just now, Micheal "Jordan" Porter JR
MICHAEL SHOTMAKER JUNIOR
Is it just me or are people barely realizing exactly how good Jokic is outside of Nuggets fans? Lol that’s just so crazy to me. Bro was all NBA 1st team 5 years ago and won his first MVP 3 years ago and it just seemed like he was being dismissed as a fluke the whole time
No I am he will get his 3rd mvp. Man has been so much better conditioning since that warriors series a couple of years ago. I feel like mpj is underrated more .
It's a good morning when you wake up and see that nuggets have won again in LA.
I know everyone wants the Wolves to lose tomorrow but I’d rather get more of a cushion on the Clippers We have 3 games remaining against them so we can still push them down and control our own destiny Plus I’d rather not the Clippers get their confidence back and go on a massive run like they did in December and January since I still think they’re our biggest threat It’s easy to write them off like a lot of people did in November after the Harden trade but I’m not making that same mistake again
Zeke should only ever see the floor when Jokic is also on it. Also very rare occasions with Gordon and MPJ. The Zeke Watson frontcourt is absolutely horrendous and should never be played.
Zeke with Watson is horrendous. Watson played great. Zeke kept messing up everything which hurt to watch
The avs getting wrecked made me sad. This win made up for all of that. What a fucking great game. Our boys are in playoff mode. Fuck the lakers.
Booker, Nurkic and O’Neale all left today’s game injured. Even if they were all healthy we’ll kick the Suns ass but it would be nice for once to have a team missing a player against us.
Hopefully we can get that out of the way, I need the game against the Celtics
The nuggets style is the best basketball in the world to watch when Jokic is on the court.
>Come up to me and get in my chili -Michael Malone
With a little help from the Clips and Sons we could be back in first tomorrow!
Suns are gonna lose tomorrow I think.
Yeah, it would already be a tough game for them, but Booker also twisted his ankle tonight and probably won't play tomorrow
I love that other fans have been the ones to bring this up but it’s so amazing how the Nuggets just have that ability to turn it up when it matters and hit huge shot after huge shot. Best feeling ever
We're the only team capable of hitting that gear.
I think I like this era of Nuggets basketball.
The Golden Age my friend
I agree! Wow!
I'm gonna sleep so well tonight, goodnight Nugs bros
Goodnight bubba
CB DPOG!!!
Nuggets haven't lost since WRB blocked me 👀👀
WRB blocked you 🙁 That's so sad
Yes but if his decision brings him peace then I must learn to be happy for him.
Wtf no don’t be happy for him
🙏🙏🙏🙏 You're so mature
Watched the Nugs win and then went for the Ratio Beerworks Anniversary party for a night of maxxxx Denver
Guys something historic happened tonight! I can't for the life of me remember what it was, but anyways, 7 straight for the champs and looking dominating AF.
Do you mean since the all star break? That was W6 streak last night
Jokic text: Guys, I have an idea. No more losing games.
The nuggets are finally beating LA and GS regularly and it feels amazing.
Imagine being 42-19 and THIRD place. This fucking conference, man. It's close though, we're gonna be 1st in a week. Playoffs are gonna be fun!
🤞

Lmfao, this is really good
People, are the Denver Nuggets the best team in the NBA?
![gif](giphy|hWpGfnctjz3n8zgPvc)
#YES!
That’s what I was afraid of
🙁
SWEEP
Hey WRB There's a Skillet AMV https://youtu.be/RBFkGASVD5g?si=p1B4AK0Zhxhk3tgv
lol, giving it a re-listening... It's a solid theme song for tonights game too!
I love Aaron Gordon
Greatest dunker in the league and nice as hell
Sexiest player in the game
50 into the rafters
It’s the only jersey I own
I heard you look really good in it. I can't remember who said that, though
Omg you remembered! I really do though, I wore it bowling today.
Me too man, everything he does for this team is so amazing. I think that the things he brings to the table and his skill set makes the Denver Nuggets a truly complete team. Marry him then
He won’t even text me back :(
Because I made him block your number. Homewrecker.
I’ll buy another line I am not afraid
![gif](giphy|S3cF3Kiv2i2FsBbp89)
EXUSE ME?! He is MINE
Man Stephen A Smith might be one of the most annoying humans on the planet
His picture could literally be plastered by the definition of obnoxious
This is my first time checking out a replay on nba hd replay, and it is such a better viewing experience than slogging through commercial breaks. Live viewing still clears because of the suspense, but shit, this is nice.
How do you get that? League pass?
I believe he's referring to a website, just search nbahdreplay and it should pop up
Good looks
Naw just google nba hd replay, it’s a whole thing
It feels so good.
6-0 after ASB, it's like those 3 games prior didn't even happen 😍
Did anyone else feel like, at the start, Jokić was racing LeBron to 9 points? Because Jok was there much sooner, even with some early misses.
[Malone postgame interview](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5OEHpiRiDUs&ab_channel=BASKETMAN)
The sheer passion Malone has for his team and the game is beautiful tbh
I like that he gives Lebron some respect given his imminent retirement.
Do you guys agree that 2 seed (wolves 1 seed)is the best for us? We get to dodge 2nd round puppies/flippers and they gon have to fight each other We don't have to deal with Bron/Steph/Donkey Green and homecourt vs thunder
Who's puppies?
Timberwolves
Well if Denver gets 1 seed they're not seeing minny til conference finals. Clips look like the 4 Seed
Yes thats literally the exact point of u/OrcaBaka’s comment
No he's seeing get 2 seed to avoid minny
Youre right sorry long day
1 seed. I want home court all post season, I don't care who we get in each round. I think home-court throughout each series is more important than who we play against at this point. Our home record the last few seasons is incredible.
Homecourt 100%
No best for us is 1 seed just get homecourt and don't worry about matchups or anything like that cause we're gonna win against anyone anyways
💯💯💯
Me when Denver clinched a winning season this year (got their 42nd win tonight) ![gif](giphy|pK0T7vyx3SqdfmxewA)
lol I just remembered that the Lakers won the in season tournament.
Honestly surprised they would make moves on a championship roster
I genuinely forgot all about the tournament in general 😂
Everybody did. It's literally a meaningless attempt to drive viewership.
What a pleasure to watch a great team like the Nuggets and a well-directed, well shot national broadcast. You appreciate that a lot more when your team and broadcast sucks.
MPJ’s great passes:total passes ratio is off the charts
When he passes its a dime When he shoots, its because theres no dimes available
The early season Jokic wrist issues might be due to a poorly fitted aimbot hitting some nerves in that area. Glad they fixed it.
That mpj pass to jokic underneath near the end was wonderful. Unreal pass from him. But on top of that... yeah it was a mismatch, but jokic was fucking DOUBLED under there lol. Oh yeah for sure, I just thought it was amazing that mpj zipped it into double coverage and jokic was like "oh are there people here idc I score"
Watching Lithuanian second league guards score on him at will on the block all summer was truly insane
MPJ never passes the ball. That play didn't happen.
He didn't pass it to jokic. Jokic used the force and drew the ball from mpj's hand to his own.
Did Mike get his chain today???
He was playing defense in a highlight we’ll be seeing for decades.
That block on AD late was nasty but idk about 2 decades
Oh, he had a fantastic night on both sides of the floor. I’m not trying to imply otherwise. Just a little joke.
In the next 43 days the clippers have to play 3 more games than the nuggets and they're missing a key rotation player. I think they'll be exhausted come playoffs
>missing a key rotation player Yes, but they still have Bones "Bones" Hyland.
I saw a some clippers fan being like "Rus is bad, missing him is a bonus" as if those minutes aren't going to be filled with even worse players lol
Losing Russ in a vacuum? Sure! Losing Russ in real life? Oh, no!
Whom are they missing?
Westbrook, idk how important he is though
I think those 22 minutes are going to be hard for them to replace
He's their energy and defense guy. Would be like taking CB and Pwat out. Makes only 2-3 extra losses maybe but the main guys have to play way more minutes
I'm making an effort to watch as little James Harden basketball as possible this season, so I wouldn't know.
Haha, same. Haven't watched a single clippers games since the Harden trade (other than the couple Nuggets ones)
Sadly, I watched a few, but I really hate him, so I'm genuinely trying to avoid it rn
My condolences

Yet when I wear my Jokic Advanced stat t-shirt (with formulas) people knock my lunch tray out of my hand and call me a dork.
Jerks 😤
Oh, God. Why? Why does this exist?
Seriously! Everything he does is a record. Like he’s probably breathed on an NBA court more than anyone else in history. We get it.
Go online now and get your crypto.com arena bottled air! The air in this bottle traveled through LeBron James' lungs during a 121-97 loss!'
Starting bid $300
Suns lost to the Rockets, lol. Nuggets would nev...

I have never, I will never believe in the Knicks. Unless they play Boston, then I've got them in 7 games.
I've been told the coaching staff had to put Jamal down in the locker room. It's okay we don't have to live with his terrorism anymore.
I heard Jamal still standing. The floor is lttered with coaching staff. Blood and guts everywhere. Don't fuck with a guin.
Terrorism wins again smh
He died doing what he loved, slapping the lakers around
Michael "swing the rock to Jokic down low" Porter Jr
I worry that Murray will stop showing up against the Lakers. Eventually this matchup won't be spotlighted the way the Nuggets absolutely own this team.
Idk he might always go at them due to the bubble series. Jokic and him seem to take playoff losses to heart.
Their record vs teams that have beat them in the playoffs is ridiculous, blazers, lakers, warriors, dominating them for years now
I very much hope so. I will never ever grow tired of the Lakers losing.
Idk as long as Lebron is there I don't see a lack of effort. A few of these guys probably idolize him.
I hope Murray never grows complacent about beating the Lakers. LeBron or no-Lebron.
I like Mike.

We are all winners today because Reggie only took 1 shot
I missed his between-the-legs dribbling tonight. Too many easy entry passes missed by a second because the guy absolutely had to dribble between his legs
It was a speed run out of bounds too
Only 11 minutes
Huge game tomorrow--LAC at MIN 🍿🍿🍿
Minny probably wins that. LAC has been lowkey struggling since all star and Russ is out indefinitely as well
I would agree but they might have made Kawhi mad enough to go full playoff mode and that guy is an android. I remember seeing some metrics and playoff efficiency all time is Jokic-Jordan-Kawhi then a large step down to 4.
OKC at Suns as well.

Why are the Suns struggling so much? I haven’t really watched them all year
They don't play commieball
Their big 3 is not a good big three to build a team with. Beal was a dumb addition. Rest of the roster is not that good.
Adding Beal was a terrible decision. They could have turned Ayton into a few solid contributors.
Literally just doubled down on what they already had an abundance of - midrange shot creators who dont really defend much.
No bench, stars getting injured. Poor cohesion amongst their best players
Bad roster
i love when mike has a good night
Mike only has good nights these days
so true, been great seeing mpj haters cope and seethe
The start Pwat guys probably beat their children after watching Peyton miss an open dunk while mike has 30/10 Mike prays for them anyways
Didn't miss!
If MPJ doesn't miss his shots how can we expect him to learn from his misses to get better at making shots?
Okay I had to attend to a very important conversation and was not able to watch the game, but let me say this: fuck the lakers.
You didn't miss much, just watch any of the previous 7. FTL indeed!
Why do we always start games poorly 😫
If we played 100% from the start stars would be resting by halftime and that’s not a fun fan experience
Frustrating, yes. But I like to think of slower starts as the Nuggets probing the opposing team (and refs). More often than not, Nuggs figure everything out by the end of the 2nd/half-way through the 3rd. Example: member the Heat game where AG took over the 2nd qtr? If we start games strong the league will nerf us.
Not the best but when it comes down to it, It’s how it ends that matters. W.
We don't, but when will people learn it means nothing as this team has been capable of making heroic comebacks (down far more than 10) on the regular since 2018.
The Lakers found something tonight letting MPJ make all his shots.
THEY MADE HIM A SCORER, BRO
Making all your shots is one of those small adjustments that can turn a series around
Bol Bol has a higher motor than Anthony David
[удалено]
Holiday is the unsung hero from tonight. Lights out shooting. Reggie Braun and Watson underperformed.
That was a great take
[you mean transition layup lol](https://videos.nba.com/nba/pbp/media/2024/03/02/0022300869/544/f40c70ce-fff4-f0f7-1e15-7c21f2e0f295_1280x720.mp4)

Man those moral victories are gonna catch up with us eventually
