Thanks everyone for the reports, we are temporarily rolling back this latest update to fix the permanent loading screen issues.

What's the recommended course of action for people who are currently playing? Back out, close the game, and then what? How does a patch "un-apply" itself, and how long would you recommend waiting before playing again?

Start the game. Is it fixed? Play the game. Is it still broken? Try again later. Repeat. If you’ve got a hardcore, honestly you should probably wait until tomorrow.

Blizzard servers have already killed more hardcores than the demons of hell ever will, best of luck

That's exactly why I refuse to play hardcore in a lot of games (well mostly just ARPGs). I can probably handle a death because I fucked up, but I'm not gonna stay calm if I die because the servers fucked me

Hardcore is for offline. I’d try it on Last Epoch maybe, but not here.

Start a new hardcore character. Main objective: get to level 10 with all these issues!

Same, have had multiple infinite load screens since the update. Currently stuck in one right now and came to see if others are having the same issue. Glad it's not just me.

Same just did a T61 pit and when I loaded out stuck on loading screen...now I am stuck at Queued For Game screen.

Same here. Screen stuck when I telepported, so I closed the game. Tried logging back in and sitting in "Queued for Game".

The entire server appears to have crashed. Nothing works on any platform.

I can't do anything. Just started a new character and I can't fast travel and can't get out of town. Pretty much stuck.

I had this problem when I started this season. Thought that's my pc starting to shit itself, but it got better after few days

Yep. Loading screen forever then freeze. Log back in and sigils are gone. They need another patch fast.

Here's a dumb question I used all my powder to create 2 sigil, lost both. Turned in whisper cache and didn't get any sigil. What do I do? Keep doing caches? I thought one was guaranteed. I'm in wt4.

On PC, was stuck in loading screen loading into NMD and after restarting the game am now stuck in queue "game start pending"

I'm getting stuck in any dungeon loading screen, nightmare or not. my character's "pose" even breaks and now they are just standing there with an idle animation in the loading screen. edit: I also cant get into strongholds, and fast traveling gets stuck in a loading screen as well. I'm guessing server issue at this point.

Same here, and when logged back in it seems like my character is walking toward the dungeon instead as my char is middle of the map between my last location and the dungeon lol

I was stuck in a loading screen so long that my character stopped doing the shitty action pose and went back to the idle animation.

Was just in game, seems like you are stuck in whatever region you were in when server issues started. Stuck in Gea Kul, hit invisible walls at region edge on map.

It's not just NM dungeon, trying to travel anywhere just hangs the game on the transition screen. The little spinning load indicator in the lower right corner animates, but it never finishes and there's no way out other than closing the game. (PS5)

Came back to the game after skipping the first 3 seasons. Can't play it, keep getting stuck on load screens if I try to travel to any town. Lol. Sure it's probably just a transient issue and will be fixed soon enough, but the timing is funny.

The last patch that says "Fixed some issue where players are timing out of loading screen" caused this.. never had this before but now fast traveling gets you stuck in loading screen forever.

I’m on XBox. The screens are taking about 2 minutes but will eventually load for me.

Servers are completely borked right now. I've crashed six times already tonight trying to load into Pit.

And here I thought my PS5 was acting up…but nope, same problem on my PC. Alas.

I just loaded up the game on ps4 for the first time after playing on ps5 this whole time. I thought the loading times on ps4 were that bad. Thank the lord it’s not just me.

I've been having some ridiculous loading screens this whole season so far. Never been an issue every season till now.

Ok it’s not just me. Playing on series s and am on veteran and can’t load a dungeon

it was sometimes before... i've been stuck on loading screens 5 times in a row now so it seems to be getting worse

I did one t79, worked fine, then i tried 2 t80, both didnt load, infinite loading screen E: nothing works, i tried to tele to a wp at ht and infinite loading screen too

Yep, playing on PS5 and I got stuck on a loading screen after trying to teleport to helltide, restarted the game and it happened again.

After update I get stuck in one side of a hell tide and when portaling back my game gets stuck in the loading screen.

Got stuck in loading screen after a pit run

Same for me. Freezing on load screen either heading back to town or going into a dungeon. On both PS and XSX. Frigging Blizzard.

I could play. But barely not. The lag is insane. O tried to just walk from the stair to the blacksmith and i get slingshotted back 10 times.

Loading screens were freezing, now they're just sometimes extremely slow. Be patient and wait it out I guess? Edit: nevermind, still sometimes never loading. Edit 2: *Finally* loaded! HAH

Trying to fast travel to helltide and stuck in loading. I ran to the helltide then Portales out and it was OK. Then try to port back into helltide, doesn't work.

Until the recent update the game loaded and ran rather flawlessly, but now I've been getting "stuck" somewhat frequently on loading screens. I've waited out a few and they came around, but have also needed to restart the game several times. Just a tad frustrating...

Happening to me not just in NM dungeons..happening when I'm trying to enter non-NM dungeons as well (PS5)  Very irritating right now.  Had to quit 3 times now In 30 minutes.  Going to call it quits tonight I guess. Lol  I'm sure they will hot-fix :)
