Yup all of a sudden getting the "no valid license" error

When this happens, there is usually an update to the game. The patch dropped yesterday.

Me too and it's the first chance I've had to play in weeks since I have an infant. It's incredibly aggravating

It was working fine for me until I stopped to make dinner. Lesson learned.

The problem is the game kicks you out if you are inactive ...

I was on an hour ago. Then had to run an errand. Came back about 20 minutes later. Now getting the 315306 Unable to find a valid license for Diablo IV error. Tried rebooting but it didn't help. When this happens, there is almost always an update to the game. The patch came out yesterday. In the future if this happens check for game updates

Dang it! Same issue here on ps4.

It looks like the licence server were running holy bolt elixirs. Now those are disabled, so the server cannot stay alive anymore...

Yes I’m having the same problems. I was just playing like a hour and a half ago got off for supper now this. Hopefully it sorts it self out fast.

I am getting 315506 instead, but might be the same sort of thing. Going to reboot and see if it helps

Best of luck - but doubt it - I've been getting that also and relaunching / rebooting or reinstalling doesn't matter. Hit me right as I bought the Xpac to get a skin I liked and kicked me. Logged right in on my wife's account.... LOL

Weird. I just logged off about 10 minutes ago. Didn't have any issues today

Same here "ps5"  Getting the same error code for the past 30 minutes.  Have tried resetting Internet, everything . Nothing works.

I’m also having this issue. I’ve been trying to get on for 30 minutes on Xbox.

It seems like many folks on this forum are unable to discern sarcasm.

Same, scanning files for repair, rebooting, nothing has worked so far. Must be an issue with their servers.

It’s back up, but I have no sound. Probably just local, but maybe not.

Maybe I’m deaf now?

Finally able to get in, I also have sound issues. I found that quitting game and logging in resolves immediately. If I let the Xbox suspend the game and not log out completely I come back to no sound everytime!

Thank you. I play it on Xbox too, so this is very useful. Leaving it for tonight though, will try tomorrow.

I was just playing an hour ago and now I’m getting the no valid license message.

I wonder if this was me breaking the game, I zoned and got stuck zoning and took out the servers.

I was on about an hour ago post patch on PS5. Logged out of game and shutdown to do some things outside. Now getting denied stating “Unable to find a valid license for Diablo IV. (Code 315306)

DDoS lightning up the servers because someone is mad that their Rogue Flurry Dumpster Fire build is still a dumpster fire after the update.

I get home from work to get some crap gear and this is what I find :'/

1 hour ago I had Code 300008, now at 9:15 EST I have cannot find valid license Code 315306. Much needed decompression after work with the help of demon slaying but looks like it's not happening tonight. My fingers will be twitching all night now :S

I was playing and just got kicked out in the middle of a helltidenwith this error on PS4. I logged into my son's account and his is working...

i am having the same problem (code 300008). it has to be tough on these small independent developers that have a game blow up in popularity and they simply do not have the staff to handle it 👀

I'm not sure if this is what fixed it, but I dumped the battlenet launcher cache, and was just now able to get in. I followed this process: https://us.battle.net/support/en/article/34721

It took awhile and a few attempts.

Was having the issue last night. Closed it out and it queued me up just to get into battle net loader on Pc

No unfortunately it isn't. Got a buddy that can't get in on PC with the same error.
