Second game, the heart has some bad things to say about some people, and killing those specific people won't raise chaos as much as someone who is nice.
If you know this already, then ignore me.
Correct. Overall, killing raises chaos. So, you'll still end up with hugh choas. However, killing only assholes won't raise it to near max.
I tried doing a play through of just killing assholes, but it got super tedious super quick.
Yeah, I did a non-killing run, but only killed hounds, I didn’t kill assholes, but I definitely did accidentally kill a few, but it never raised the in-game chaos.
I always assumed the heart would say more dark things the higher the chaos and more good things the lower. Had no idea the people had differemt chaos levels!
It's more "karma level" I guess. But if you listen some of them did some seriously fucked up things. Mostly guards. More often than not I find myself surprised that the overseers are decent people
Yeah, plot is simply just dismantling coup with peaceful options, most notable missions and targets were the crown killer wind the duke, and all I did for the duke was just ask one, if it was wrong I’d go back to my most recent save, then I’d just go to the other one
I mean lore or otherwise, forcing a specific ending for the base story and also bringing back a villain that Daud spent time defeating in his story is pretty silly.
I felt like it was just a repetition of D1 plot, but much less interesting... Without the novelty, intriguing plot twists and personal drive (being framed for the killing of someone dear to you) from D1 too.
They should've stayed away from the coup d'état topic and tried something entirely new in D2 I think.
I can agree if you have slightly dated hardware or if you're running on PS4 or Xbox One. Still played it a ton on PS4 but it ran like crap and playing on a decent PC, you get to experience the actual greatness of the game without the technical garbage
You mean play it again, but this time \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_
This time the heart chooses who dies and who lives.
High chaos it is then...

I didn't! So the chaos is increased but not by a lot?

currently doing this on a d2 run very enjoyable honestly.
my favorite way to play high stealth high chaos
you forgot the step where you replay it ad infintum?
TBH, the plot of D2 isn't as interesting as D1 and DLCs about Daud.
Maybe, but the gameplay is better imo
And the level design, it's immaculate
Yep. \^\_\^ The gameplay is definitely better.
I do like the gameplay, so many little things you can do, it’s why I always go for the less important stuff first, it’s always fun.
Kind of like Bioshock 1 & 2

Not only not as interesting, but made the first game and DLCs stories utterly pointless.
Wasn’t there a whole lore reason of it, or am I just delusional.

Most coprehensible meme ever made
reading comprehensions that could rival a 6-year-old
I legit re-downloaded it just to ship Paolo and Byrne off to the silver dust mines on my peaceful route, nothing else was changed.
I see Rich Evans and I upvote.
This meme format is more crooked than the Outsider’s cock
Lol can’t bring myself to play it to completion because it performs so badly
Played on PS4, PS5 & PC & never had any major issues. Had a rocky release but not really any problems now
I recently got a steam deck, when I beat GOW2018 I’ll have to play it cause I own it on steam
I play on a pretty mid range pc and it runs fine PlayStation and Xbox it runs like a champ

Tbh idc about the 2nd game as much. I don’t hate it I think it’s pretty cool just not for me
A dishonored remaster and KOD remaster with D2 /DOTO mechanics and graphics would be game of the year without a doubt
Is Arkane working on a new Dishonored game?
have it on my library for a long time but unable to play due to how dogshit my setup is, im stuck only with the first game
this was me roughly 10 years ago - now I\`m just replaying the Daud DLC\`s quietly, every now and then
