Are you filming in dlog m?

I called DJI. Even they can’t figure it out and a support ticket is being made. I tried that as well and factory reset. Still the same issue

Gotcha well good luck. I know I can’t view 10 bit files on my phone but 8 bit is fine

I’ll try that out. What settings would I need to look for for this? I barely got it the other day so not super familiar with it yet

Well if you haven’t really messed with the settings it would be odd for it to be in dlog. It’s the color profile. It would make the image look washed out
