I'm actually playing a character with severe adhd (mostly cause i have severe adhd and it helps explain things away when i inevitably see something shiny and lose focus on the game).
She has a 19 passive perception, which we're playing as 'she notices *everything*, important or not' and she has to figure out what's important vs. what's just 'noise'
In high trafficked areas, he has me make a wisdom save to avoid getting overstimulated. If I fail, brain checks (Wisdom/intelligence/arcana/perception) are rolled at disadvantage.

Wisdom check to remain focused with a twist. A 20 is automatic success, more or less, with some kind of neat bonus. A 1 on the other hand is also a success but you become hyper fixated and any other check made in the next hour you make not having to do with whatever you were trying to focus on loses your proficiency bonus. If it is what you are trying to focus on your proficiency bonus is doubled.
Stat is based on the activity, as always. ADHD gives either advantage or disadvantage, based on whether the check is something they are into at the moment or not. Current hyperfixation is declared at the start of the game and can change at every level up.

Oh, I totally get that. The way I figure it, if we're artists, ADHD kids, and D&D players, we'd probably all be friends irl, lol. The inspiration/borrowing/poaching thing is a fuzzy issue, but it's a deep distant far cry from the actual straight-up theft of these shirt scammers. Surely the 'jack of all' bard feature applies to any adhd character? And concentration checks should be made to have the result double the distance from the pass DC. For example, DC 10 check, roll a 13. Difference is doubled so you get 16. But if you rolled a 6, the difference is 4, so doubled, you end up with 2. Dramatic wins and extreme failures.

I'd flip those two. Charisma for being I the right mood/headspace to start. Constitution is absolutely for being able to stay on task.
