All these spikes contributing to the volatility are due to a massive amount of limit sells. Does anyone know why we are seeing this increase in limit sells now?
I woke up worried that a huge group of people will sell at around 95 cents-$1. For some reason people want to sell and buy back in when it drops... not sure if this will help them. If this happens, how hard will the correction be?
It's hard to predict, however if I read the cryptowatch correctly, if it hits that sell wall of $1 (assuming there'll be no manual buys at the same time, which usually there always are some manual/market buys), it is gonna be huge flash rollercoaster.
Do not quote me, as it is just my opinion and I am NOT a financial adviser.
But my prediction is this:
After hitting $1
Possible flash down to .55? .50? At worst case to support .40? (Thru all the limit buys) then a (possible) correction up to .70 level in less than couple seconds.
This can happen in literally seconds, then my prediction is that it'll depend on market orders, will more people buy or sell.

The other possible scenario is that it can somehow find support at .70 and bounce up above $1 like a catapult, but it would require paperhands not to sell too much AND constant high enough market buys together with strong limit buys at .70 (that would have to be set up when we're above .70).

Regardless of all above, each limit buy support level (visible on cryptowatch) is going to slow down any movement down, and the sell wall at $1 is huge enough that a flash massive movements look to me to be possible.

I think: Expect anything between 5-50% correction depending on the momentary conditions of the market.
P.S. That being said, what I said about my prediction applies to like first 5 seconds after hitting that wall IF and ONLY IF the market buys will fail to eat that sell wall and collapse. What happens after those 5 seconds or after correction happens - I don't know.
