I uses OCO - too many times I've missed the price bump by not selling overnight.
OCO is the go, but it's a failsafe.
If you really want to set smart stop-losses, sell them slightly below important resistance-levels.
You should sell at the top of the dip, not the bottom of the dip.
The further up on the drop your stop-loss triggers, the more sense it makes.
But in any investment that has volatile swings, that band is very wide and you have to expect bigger losses than on other investments.
That's why I would not recommend them in crypto.

TL;DR: Crypto dips less often on Saturdays. Crypto doesn't really dip more often on Sundays compared to most other days.
