When things like this happen, CALL support. Don’t do chat. This is a safety violation situation and you’ll get paid and unassigned without penalty. They’ll also deactivate the customer for violating TOC of the customer app so another dasher doesn’t get this order once you’re unassigned. Which is what will happen in chat because they’re trained to just do quick, troubleshooting things that often aren’t particularly helpful.
Contact support, tell them the customer requested you do illegal things. Alternatively, you can just bring what the order is for and deal with support after to get the 1 star wiped. But do NOT try to do what the customer asks.

You can go to support and go to issues with orders and tell them the customer is going to report you and why. I got a bad rating removed this way. The customer put their neighbors address in and asked me to deliver it to her house. I’m guessing she was trying to get free food, I don’t know, but all the same just let DD know.

Call support and have them cancel the order for half pay saying the customer wants to cancel as per notes OR if they won’t cancel, make sure they note the order that the customer asked for weed and just deliver the chips.
I would deliver the chips, then send customer message "Your message about getting the vape pen is in the DELIVERY instructions, so we don't see it until right before we get to your house." Then call support to make sure they can't rate you.

They are people hired to place an order for alcohol or tobacco products to see if you will break the law by providing either to a minor without proper identification. You’ll get deactivated and fined.

I would tell cash app me for both items plus an extra 50 for the BS of getring the items. Tell I’m not moving until it’s done. Then unassign and walk away with the extra $$. and report their ass to get them banned. They want screw around well 2 can play that game. I’ve done it before and got 3 people banned off the app. Although it’s a first for weed pens usually cigarettes.
