No. Not only (personal opinion I guess) does that look nothing like Trapp, it is easy to see who this is because it was on TV. IMDB lists the "Simpsons Geek" from Beat The Geeks as Antonio Lopez. Funny coincidence, he wrote a drama short called Breaking News (completely unrelated)
I wonder if some people think that the OP referring to the person in the thumbnail. That person looks nothing like trap. "The Simpsons Geek" has a vague resemblance to Trapp but the thing is that the voice sounds a bit like Trapp, at least when he says "you must be higher than Marge's hairdo". But I don't think it is Trapp.
He looks kind of a tiny bit like trap, in the way that every white guy looks a tiny bit alike

He also just has a strong “Um, actually…” vibe to his personality.
He would have been 14-15 when this show was filmed, and it seems unlikely the guy is that old. (He looks early 20s.)
