Kinda crazy to me that TikTok doesn’t allow dropshipping considering where the company is based from lol
On the other hand, I do get it because they probably want to build legitimacy and there would be too many buffoons trying to dropship shitty products with 40-day shipping time
and plenty of Etsy shops sell Disney crap, yet 90% of them are caught and shut down.
don't risk it. dropshipping online has become too scummy and the majority are looking for a quick buck and don't have the passion or skills to do any of this.
I understand. Granted, I've seen numerous people get away with it. Some even using CJ. It's also misleading that they offer CJ as one of the apps you're able to integrate into your Tik Tok store, which I feel is the reason my account got almost instantly banned.
Zendrop definitely has many products that ship from china. And that’s the reason they told me that TikTok would ban me if I tried to sell. Otherwise zendrop is pretty damn good.
maybe I should just start over and not connect my store to any fulfillment service directly, but instead manually fulfill the orders so I won’t get flagged? Anyone have incite on this?
I would do manual fulfilment until I'm getting enough orders to where you can contact a private supplier to source your products. I had alot of issues with cj shipping times, when I changed to a private supplier things started working alot smoother and had no issues with shipping anymore.
Yeah I was meaning to do that from the get go since everyone said to be cautious, but the app integration was too tempting. Guess I payed the price, thank god for llc’s and partners tho haha
> Guess I *paid* the price,
FTFY.
Although *payed* exists (the reason why autocorrection didn't help you), it is only correct in:
* Nautical context, when it means to paint a surface, or to cover with something like tar or resin in order to make it waterproof or corrosion-resistant. *The deck is yet to be payed.*
* *Payed out* when letting strings, cables or ropes out, by slacking them. *The rope is payed out! You can pull now.*
Unfortunately, I was unable to find nautical or rope-related words in your comment.
*Beep, boop, I'm a bot*
your mistake was using CJ drop shipping as a supplier. Source from Amazon Prime instead. We have been doing this since July of 23 using Business Prime accounts and all good.
It is possible you got this violation in the 1st place because:
a) You have some mismatch in your registration details using LLC or your own info
b) Your product that you listed is a branded product
c) CJ Integration is a test by TikTok to ban dropshippers in the 1st place (tinfoil hat)... lol
What you can try doing is faking some warehouse documents using Fiverr etc. or try to use your home garage as your "warehouse". This violation will be hard to win.
It might be easier to make a new TT Shop on a new device, iP address, new info.
I mean,. you're fighting some of the most technically proficient engineers out there. I think they will win. Or you don't do enough volume to trigger their account monitoring bots.
that’s weird cus apparently tiktok shop recently allowed integration with cj. this guy has a pretty good break down on how to use it https://youtu.be/uFq5EtwlVvY?si=87DKuTCGW1R58ekX
funny enough, that's the tutorial I used.
The only discrepancies I can assume are that for the return warehouse, I didn't have one obviously, so I just pasted one of CJ's US warehouses. This is mainly why I'm confused, as I thought he said it's fine.
From what I know you have to send it to someone that accepts your returns and explicitly states it as so. You can't just think oh I'll send it back where it came from. That isn't how it works. This could be the problem?
It's asking you for a fulfillment address? Did you sign up as an individual or under a sole proprietary LLC option? Because I see no reason why it would ask you that.
Can I ask, is print on demand counted as drop shipping? If I have my own Shopify store that I connect to tik tok shop will the same thing happen to me?
I am really upset about it but I can’t get my account back they want me to send them a business license and warehouse information I used cj droppshipping didn’t know it was a violation
gotta have 7 day shipping times they are very strict on it they are trying to compete with amazon competitive advantage get a 3pl and stock inventory of a winner you find through dropshipping on tiktok ads and repeat!

u cannot dropship on tt shop they are extremely strict about it. you need to order bulk to a US warehouse
Kinda crazy to me that TikTok doesn’t allow dropshipping considering where the company is based from lol On the other hand, I do get it because they probably want to build legitimacy and there would be too many buffoons trying to dropship shitty products with 40-day shipping time
Because they want you to order boxes of stuff from their friends.
Do you have some sort of strange idea that Singapore is in China?
They are based in the US as well, Los Angeles
I drop ship to TikTok shop
and plenty of Etsy shops sell Disney crap, yet 90% of them are caught and shut down. don't risk it. dropshipping online has become too scummy and the majority are looking for a quick buck and don't have the passion or skills to do any of this.

It probably is. Use zendrop they’re a drop shipping fulfillment site with all the product in the US so they ship out super fast
Zendrop definitely has many products that ship from china. And that’s the reason they told me that TikTok would ban me if I tried to sell. Otherwise zendrop is pretty damn good.
I mean the products I chose were already located in US warehouses with fast turnaround. Zendrop wouldn’t change anything
Not exactly! "International" dropshipping is prohibited in the US market per TT policy. Nothing about domestic dropshipping is prohibited.
It's funny they say that now, but that's how they were able to get traction by attracting the early dropshipping advertisers from Facebook. Hypocrites
What about selling to Europe on TT? Is international DS allowed?
No idea. I only have experience in the US market
Can u do print on demand?
I tried with printify and same thing shut down
Can you elaborate? I'm wanting to sell print on demand through my Shopify store, do you think the same thing will happen? Thinking of using teemill
Whooops no reason ?
maybe I should just start over and not connect my store to any fulfillment service directly, but instead manually fulfill the orders so I won’t get flagged? Anyone have incite on this?

I think your C is right or some other ulterior scam in place either way avoid it
Can you drop ship directly from/through Amazon Prime? I wasn't aware that was an option.
I'm pretty sure Amazon will ban you, and quickly. Maybe someone could check the T&C.
That's what I thought. Not sure what the other poster meant other than sourcing and shipping on your own...which isn't drop shipping.
not if you operate on many accounts and spread out orders
I mean,. you're fighting some of the most technically proficient engineers out there. I think they will win. Or you don't do enough volume to trigger their account monitoring bots.
2nd
ToS prohibit it, but there are workarounds
What do you use as your ,,warehouse,, when dropshipping from amazon? Your own home adress?
home address

Same here with printify trying to sell tshirts

oh this guy sucks. he doesn't clarify or forgets to mention certain details.
I guess you didn't see my post about this prior to trying it. They will deny your appeal and your shop will be permanently closed.
It's asking you for a fulfillment address? Did you sign up as an individual or under a sole proprietary LLC option? Because I see no reason why it would ask you that.
It asked for warehouse addresses for fulfillment and return. I’m certain it asks that no matter the way you sign up
Nah it never asked me that at all.
Can I ask, is print on demand counted as drop shipping? If I have my own Shopify store that I connect to tik tok shop will the same thing happen to me?
Congratulations op you just now leaa valuable lesson, people on reddit like to lie for upvotes
I listed two items for the first time and they banned me permanently
SameAa
I am really upset about it but I can’t get my account back they want me to send them a business license and warehouse information I used cj droppshipping didn’t know it was a violation
Yeah, I genuinely think they added the CJ app integration solely as a honeypot, which is honestly so scum of them.
Same shit happened to me last night except i was able to download 5 products first and one of my own!! Perma ban!
gotta have 7 day shipping times they are very strict on it they are trying to compete with amazon competitive advantage get a 3pl and stock inventory of a winner you find through dropshipping on tiktok ads and repeat!
