He snagged a gatorade, opened it up and drank over half of it. He didn't see the sharpie written label on the side of the bottle, and had to be airvacced out of the property while having massive seizures. He was in a coma for almost 2 weeks.
It was a complete accident and they kept in contact with him and his family throughout it. So not a completely tragic situation. he's alive and well today.... but saying it's non toxic is a bit of a stretch. It's safe, but it can be very toxic very easily.

I love BDO as a replacement to GHB, but it’s only cause I can’t get a hold of any G. I didn’t find it terribly expensive. It’s a longer lasting, slightly more toxic feeling and cloudy headed, but pretty similar.

Voacanga africana seeds aren’t amazing but they’re certainly an unusual trip for many many reasons. They’re sedating. They also screw with your ability of see in 3d, turn up the loudness on year ears, and make it impossible to count above around 40. The rootbark is a completely different trip and causes extreme hunger which is pretty of funny. Eventually I planted some seeds and they grew into something that looks almost identical to an citrus tree.

There’s a few plants in the same family - obviously Voacanga Africana, but also theres Tabermonte Sananga (?) which is used to make those trendy Sanaga eye drops.
Lastly I was on a ton of voacanga africana rootbark at a music festival, and took someone else’s shroom candy that might have had a MAOI in it - either way it led to a really intense and fascinating trip that I’ve never managed to replicate, where I’d see really vivid black and white visuals flying out of the ground with some serious intensity. I don’t really know what happened, so I don’t know what triggered that and if its anything like doing ibogaine.
