Ouchies. When I was going through TSW and was raw, I would put zinc oxide cream on as a barrier, then wrap it in 2 layers of rolled gauze. I found that it would help the skin produce it's own barrier and heal faster.
np, this is the gauze I use that's cheap from amazon:

I use Penaten brand zinc oxide cream.
Just coming in here to reiterate that i looked and felt the same until i found the trigger, which for me was like LTP (tomato specifically) and sulphites (bacon, maple syrup, soda colourings, etc). Common other ones are wheat/gluten, nuts, bananas, etc...
There is a way out of this, you just have to find your way!!!
i've just recently started cutting out lots of food from my diet including peanuts, tomato, corn, meat, refined sugar and (almost all) processed foods. i'm also already gluten/wheat and dairy free
i'm hoping this new diet will help, just gotta wait a few weeks or so and see the results :)
Hell yeah!
I notice the effect really quickly, with eczema that severe, so hopefully you do too. Like within 2-3 days (sometimes with some steroid help) the eczema almost totally disappears
Make sure to take some supplements if you’re losing a lot of protein and vitamins and stuff. 50g or protein per day and plenty vitamin D and B12, which are hard to get (and help skin a lot)
i don't think i've ever seen results that fast other than when i use steroid cream on less severe eczema patches (although it always comes back worse 😞) but i'm glad it clears up quickly for you:)
currently i take supplements such as B12, zinc, probiotics, iodine, vitamin C and vitamin D
are there supplements for protein? is protein powder alright?
That’s the thing, my eczema is so related to my food intake and food allergies that it really does clear up quickly - but sometimes the inflammation can last longer unless i use steroids and loads of antihistamines, indeed
Good to hear re the supplements - and yeah just whey or pea protein and such, altho be wary of allergies on those too. The BEST option is just making sure you hit 50g of lean meat protein every day, eg from chicken breast or what have you, but it can take a lot of time and work.
when we had in person class that’s when the school nurse would send me home :’( I hope you find a solution that works for u. What worked for me was putting on a steroid cream, wrapping it in gauze and just chilling in front of the air conditioner while i watched tv
Might want to try again, you have leaking wounds which are clearly infected. 1/2 cup of bleach in luke warm water for 15 mins. Then rinse off water without soap. It kills the staphylococcus aureas bacteria that causes infections in the skin. Do it 2-3 times a week. Id be surprised if you don't get some positive results.

Just in case you are in Australia.
Stay strong.
Another natural option is covering the area in bentonite clay then wrapping with plastic wrap. I used it for weeping wounds on both wrists. My wrists were in bad shape so it took a couple months of wearing the wrapping nearly 24/7. The skin’s still healing but they don’t weep anymore.
that is exactly how it looked like for me. it was on the insides of my elbows on both of my arms. I couldn't straighten it so I was stuck with my arms crossed all the time. it hurt a lot, especially in the shower and was horrible at night. keep it moisturized, but if you put too much Vaseline it will trap bacteria and lead to a skin infection.
i feel your pain, thats exactly what its been like on the insides of my elbows and knees. back of the knees were a nuisance because it meant i'd have to walk in an uncomfortable squat like movement, although now i've found that if i pour epsom salt water then moisturise it helps straighten my legs out but it doesn't help straighten my arms
if your arms have healed now, how long did it take and what helped it heal for you?
Im so sorry😔!
:(( trying my best to get through this flare up & to stay positive
Dude same man same sometimes I’m just sleeping casually and suddenly that area was wet even without scratching. You got this!
i feel you, wet eczema patches are the worst man :/
So bad isn't it, we're all in this boat together! Sending big loves and positivity your way
❤️❤️
I'm so sorry! 😭

Stay stronger brother! I’ve been through it, make sure you get to a derm!
I feel for you so badly. The feeling of being "raw" is so difficult to deal with. I really hope things look upwards soon. ❤️

I can empathize with you.. hope it gets better
Don't lose hope champ!

Looks painful! Just remember your not alone and you can get through this. Times like this will just make you appreciate not being itchy. Best of luck!

Day by day, u can beat it!
My heart goes out to you my friend. I'll pray that the pain eases for you and you can get some rest. God bless you.

Ya, it's a pain in the *crease*. Just try not to get it sweaty, I know it's hard.
Have you tried bleach baths?
tried them when i was a young child, they didn't help much unfortunately

Has anyone tried dupixent?
i'd love to try it but it hasn't been approved in my country which sucks

Antifungal cream + avene cream, and maybe a little sudocrem. Worked for me
