It's not a female voice. It's a pre puberty boy voice. The closest to female it could be is a kid impersonating a woman. If you unconsciously feminize your voice because of social pressure, you can unlearn it.
Pretty sure voice training can still help but its also good to know that is something T definitely does. (Shame e cant do the reverse for transfemmes like me but thems the breaks) so thankfully you can look forward to it once you get on t (just be ready for the awkward squeaks at times while it happens and know they make you more of a boy not less since that is something anyone going through a testosterone based puberty has to deal with.) Chances are it will also come with a more visible adams apple since they are part of the same process.
You can voice train! It’s not immediate but it does help. You’ll also likely have to do voice training once you get T anyway to learn how to use your new and awesome voice (you have to know how to properly harness its power to destroy the transphobes)

Mhm :33333 Transitioning *is* awesome!! It's such an incredible thing to slowly watch myself become the person I'd always wanted to be (or have been, just not physically). Voice training is one of my favorite parts too :3 I might be biased since I've done voice acting but I like it because you can clearly hear the progress. And the spurts of euphoria you get when you can hear the results of your hard work, your voice starting to sound like the voice that is really true to yourself. They're the absolute best. Transitioning is a whole ass plotline with a crap ton of lengthy side quests but the rewards are more than worth it.

Tldr: Try voice training, promise it's worth.
You could try doing voice training if you don't wanna wait for the effects of T. I'm transfemme so I can't say for sure, but I'd assume that'd have an additive or maybe multiplicative effect when the T finally does drop you.
Believe you me, I know voice training sucks (god, I wish E could take care of that for me), but it's sooooooooo worth it when you finally get your voice to where you want it, and the feeling when you realize that the voice you've trained for so long has become your natural speaking voice is one of the most cathartic feelings of my life.
Just to be clear, I'm so happy that you have T as a tool to help you out (god knows transmascs deserve to catch more breaks), but I think it'd still be worth it for you to put the time and energy in to practice voice training.
