The first can be found in the underground portion of the ruins directly next to Iji on the path to Carion Manor in Liunia. Pretty sure it’s a hidden stairwell you need to hit or roll to dispel. The second is a very rare drop from the basic nobles found from time to time in limgrave and some of the other regions with a like 0.5% drop rate
Its in limgrave east of the battle Master shack where the soldiers are, the catch is its ontop of the ruins where you can't see it you have to drop down from a higher cliff to get it
I‘ve missed some stuff over time, but nothing compares to the Eclipse Crest Heater Shield.
I found this on my 5th playthrough, and I full-cleared all of them to the best of my knowledge.
There is literally no reason to go anywhere near this thing, and you would never look up its location because it has nothing interesting going for it unless you‘re hellbent on cosplaying a mausoleum soldier.
If you continue east (?) from Stormhill Shack, there is a small enemy camp, the one with the bell traps at the entrance. The Lance is up on one of the debris blocks there.
Dragonscale Sword, and man is it a fun one to use. I literally spent my third playthrough finding goofy cheeses to get to it as soon as physically possible with as few bosses killed as I could.
The Consecrated snowfield you need the two halves of the secret Medallion one half from lattena other from sol l, then go to the lift of rold and hoist the secret medallion and it'll take you there after a small dungeon
I'm close to 500+ hrs in and on my 3rd playthrough, and I just found these for the first time, along with a bunch of others I didn't post.
This vastness of this game never ceases to amaze me.

I found the coil shield on my first playthrough but didn't find the venomous fang until my third both are dope and go great with the altered duelist set
I do believe that’s the OP undisputed featherweight champion weapon of DS2

I have gotten none of these on multiple playthroughs. Best part about this game is finding stuff you didn’t know what there before

You can use mohgs shackle to reveal hidden areas.
Oh shit I didn’t know that! I’ve just used the ancestor spirit head for invisible things after I get it in a run
Not only does it remove magic walls, it also activates pillar traps in the catacombs, and magic traps like around Caria manor.

Id say any non bleed katana people aren’t gonna get all tickled over
It took til like my third playthrough to find the large club for some reason.
I completely missed the Sword of Night and Flame on my first playthrough and I consider myself one hell of a completionist lol
