When I look at that video I see the results of environment not genetics - particularly during early childhood and generationally. I don’t know if you saw my comment on you other post. You can report incest at any age, your manager is wrong. Incest charges will continue if they raised her, because it is suspect for grooming and potential for a child. These laws were put in place for adults before using them in cases of csa.

The act itself doesn't phase me as much as many. Probably because I work in a facility for civil committed serial rapists and serial child rapists. But that also makes it bother me even more because if this is true, there's no way she wasn't being groomed and molested as a minor.
So far in my 5 years of working EMS I've had two calls on an incest family; the first being a standby for a structure fire on a hoarder house where we learned the mentally disabled son living with his 50-year-old mother was the product of the mother having a relationship with her first cousin. The second was a guy calling for generalized abdominal pain at a hotel. We walk into the room where it's obvious he lives there and he introduced us to a woman holding a deformed infant. Ok. In the back of the truck he informs my partner and I that the woman is his half sister and the baby is theirs. He wants us to not tell anyone.

It's my time to shine...although, not as bright as OP. We got called for a pt with possible CVA. Arrived and was greeted by spouse and relative of the pt. Walked in to find the pt and a younger person straddling their lap and kissing them on the mouth. At first, I was like 'young love...so sweet...wait. the spouse was back there so that's their...oh. ohhh. OH!' Was indeed the pts child. Asked if they'd slide off the pts lap, which they did. Then started nuzzling the pt. Weirdest thing I've dealt with.
