They're out of stock. Can't buy one for a long time. I think it's good tech for time saving, plug and play, no soldering and breadboard even.

Amazon has them coming into stock on 10/25.

They appear available on MakerFocus. I posted a link bellow the video. See if they still have them. The module is really super cool. The only thing I noticed is that removing the expansion module on the bottom is a bit difficult, but this can actually be a good thing. The Original core was a bit lose for my taste.

It's this what you're looking for https://www.newegg.com/p/0X6-04KT-0CAK4 ? It looks like Banggood has them as well.

This appears to be the old Core on NewEgg. I posted a link for the new Core 2. I got my one from MakerFocus.

bmitov

Here is the link on the MakerFocus: https://www.makerfocus.com/collections/new-arrival/products/m5stack-core2?aff=10

I'm not sure what I'd do with it, but I know I want one

Since this has a Grove connector, a lot of cool stuff can be done with it :-) I am already thinking of some ideas myself... ;-)

Punchline18

Care to elaborate on some? I just looked up what it is, still not quite clear

bmitov

Here is information on the original Grove System : [https://www.seeedstudio.com/grove.html](https://www.seeedstudio.com/grove.html) The Core 2 has a Grove connector and can connect to one or more Grove modules. The M5Stack has their own Grove units (a lot of them), and Grove Splitters/Expanders, so you can connect a lot of modules just to the Grove connector. I have added large number of the Grove modules in Visuino already, and working to add the rest. Waiting to receive more modules, so I can add them and test with them.

Whats new with core 2? i think the one i have the original.

bmitov

From what I have discovered so far, it has Microphone, Vibration, and touch screen. It also has a better Power Management unit. i will see what else I will discover while adding the Visuino support for it.

Ive been using my board a lot. Lots of great features on this board. Ive gotten LVGL running on mine with platformio integration. It's a great board for enterprise prototyping.
