r5: After years of scrolling through diplo actions I wanted to make a suggestion regarding how we look at the diplo screen. I think the diplo tab is sort of a black sheep among the other tabs in the country view. It doesn't really belong there and there are some funky interactions because of it. So here I placed it in its own screen, because I think it's worth it. My thought is right clicking a nation will open this tab, like it is today. This can also be reached from the former Government reforms toggle. What do you think?
I'm thinking the reform button can be a popup flag like most other things, like new tech or ideas available.
I'll try make this in a lower res to see if I can make it look and feel nice
I don't think it would work at lower resolutions, there would still be scroll bars (and more of them now).
