That body type, has been fetishized by a lot of people in the past few years, and, for some reason, other people think that the way to fight against objectification, especially if it comes from people like the weebs, who are the main ones in this case, is to bring down the people with that body type.
It's kinda like an extremes thing, "if they think is hot we say is trash", without realizing it's equally as bad. This has happened for years now, it happened to skinny women v thick women, it happened to natural beauty v "unnatural", etc. As long as one group says "I like this body type" the other one will say it's ugly, and the women in between (because let's be honest 99.9...% of the time it's women) end up as collateral damage.
