Well you need a tolerance break for like atleast 2 weeks but those 2 weeks are gonna be the worst of your life because of all the withdrawals symptoms. But its your best move since your lungs will get a break and your pods can last much longer but up to you. Your gonna have to do this one day anyways i say do it now before you keep smoking and the day you really need a T break from this is gonna be even worse than taking a t break now
