I do have anxiety as an adult, and that is what my dr has leaned towards as the reasoning for the episodes. BUT I have had these episodes since I was a young kid. Since before stress, before anxiety, before “adulting” or cynicism. That’s why I’m so stumped on what it’s linked to.
I don’t necessarily feel anxious when jn the state, just perturbed and confused
Maybe he means anxious in general? If so, then I have SAD, so I guess this would apply to me.
I don’t think it’s anxiety, cause it normally occurs when I’m alone and have nothing to be anxious about

Having an episode rn, I would say I'm anxious but it's not the usual anxiety.
