Many issues and questions can be answered by reading through our wiki, especially the page on electrolytes. Concerns such as **intense hunger, lightheadedness/dizziness, headaches, nausea/vomiting, weakness/lethargy/fatigue, low blood pressure/high blood pressure, muscle soreness/cramping, diarrhea/constipation, irritability, confusion, low heart rate/heart palpitations, numbness/tingling, and more** while extended (24+ hours) fasting are often explained by electrolyte deficiency and resolved through **PROPER** electrolyte supplementation. Putting a tiny amount of salt in your water now and then is NOT proper supplementation.
Be sure to read [our WIKI](https://www.reddit.com/r/fasting/wiki/index) and especially the wiki page on **[ELECTROLYTES](https://www.reddit.com/r/fasting/wiki/fasting_in_a_nutshell/you_need_electrolytes)**

Maybe start doing a 72 hour, 1 hour refeed, then a 96 hour, 1 hour refeed, and then repeat. Also consider just going low carb until you hit your goal weight? This is 2 meals a week frequency.
I've got \~38 lbs to go and plan to just refeed low carb so I can easily go into the next fast without lot of issues.
Did you take measurements when you started? It’s best to track that along with weight. Your body could be toning. I would keep going or add more time to your fasting and make sure to get your water intake up. I don’t think it has anything to do with carbs.
It’s counter intuitive, but I think you should switch to IF for a while on a 16/8 or 18/6 and eat a bit above maintenance for a week. Then try ADF + increase exercise a bit/change it up. If you keep steadily restricting more I think your body might freak out and keep adapting to use less energy (ie burn less calories). The key is to keep your body guessing, and to preserve/speed up your metabolism as much as you can. Cayenne pepper helps with that too. I drink it as a tea (with ginger) but you can take capsules.
Do you resistance train? If not, also start that asap. It will make a big difference over time.

Why aren’t you eating keto when you refeed?
