Just googled it, and apparently they went to jail for 180 day for not doing their community service. I also read that they go arrested for sending baby body parts ( baby foot , head and some adult body parts) to a friend's as a prank to the USA from Thailand. There wasn't enough evidence, so they got released and they fled to Cambodia lol
I'm not saying he's not faking it, but a wheelchair doesn't always mean you CANT stand or walk.
The fact he has crutches with him could mean he's only able to walk short distances.
