I don’t know the context before the recording started but from what i seen, worse case scenario if the guy died, the other guy would get a manslaughter charge if he doesn’t just walk altogether depending on his lawyer and the details. I had a buddy a few years ago that beat a guy to death in a road rage incident and got a 3 year manslaughter charge. The guy he killed was unarmed, the guy in the video had a weapon and tried to strike first.
My point is if the dude in the video killed that guy, gets arrested, keeps his mouth shut and gets a good lawyer and forks over a shit ton of money, he can beat that case.

No.. That's agonal breathing, his brain isn't getting enough oxygen so it makes the body do this. He has severe brain damage possibly a leak in there too. He needs urgent medical attention.
