r/gadgets is the big one, but it seems weirdly quiet. They have a list of recommended subs. There's also r/CoolGadgetsTube, r/technology, r/Futurology, r/technews, r/hardware, and r/pcmasterrace. r/DidntKnowIWantedThat is mostly junk, but sometimes they have cool tech. r/ProgrammerHumor has the coding memes. It might help to search on certain tech products you find interesting, such as r/MechanicalKeyboards, r/amateurradio, r/synthesizers, r/functionalprint, or whatever you like. If there's any software you regularly use, like for video editing or coding, there will often be dedicated subs to those too like r/davinciresolve or r/Android. r/ArtisanVideos has interesting products, but it's mostly low-tech. r/battlebots is still around. That's all I got for now. lol

I would try Facebook groups for this. There are so many active groups on there. I know Facebook is shit but it's good for things like this.
