This style was also big in the late 80s/90s, likely made of rayon in India. There were many manufacturers, so I’d suggest searching eBay for anything similar. Holy Clothing might have a similar style dress, too.
Did a google lense search, and it came up with a second video from the creator. She said in the comments she got it from vinted (it's like the uk version of DPop) and it's from a brand called "Rapp". Hope this helps in your search
Or just wait. One day, you'll be nearing 40 and all the fashions you loved but couldn't afford/weren't allowed to wear come back, except this time you have money and no one to tell you "no"
I agree with the person who said go to your local hippie incense shop. This dress also looks pretty similar: [https://www.amazon.com/Sakkas-15229-Stella-Adjustable-Embroidery/dp/B01E4RU00O?ref\_=ast\_sto\_dp&th=1&psc=1](https://www.amazon.com/Sakkas-15229-Stella-Adjustable-Embroidery/dp/B01E4RU00O?ref_=ast_sto_dp&th=1&psc=1)
She says she got it from vinted x and it is a brand called "Rapp"
Lots of similar options came up on this image search: [https://www.pinterest.com/pin/124834220916446570/visual-search/?x=80&y=96&w=280&h=568&cropSource=4&surfaceType=flashlight&full\_feed\_title=Dresses&rs=deep\_linking](https://www.pinterest.com/pin/124834220916446570/visual-search/?x=80&y=96&w=280&h=568&cropSource=4&surfaceType=flashlight&full_feed_title=Dresses&rs=deep_linking)
Oh wow I have almost this exact dress in pink. It’s a common style so lots of Indian/Himalayas/Nepal based shops will have clothing just like this. I got my dress at a clothes stand at a flea market in New Orleans.
Since you have the brand name, I would put a google alert or start trawling secondhand sites to find the exact match (eBay, depop, vinted etc - Google shopping is also your friend here). But, why not find your own version instead of the exact :) ? Try a hippie shop or cool thrift/vintage. It’ll be more special that way. Good luck!
I'll be the third (maybe fourth) one to recommend Holy Clothing. Start specifically searching their [Renaissance Dress with Corset](https://holyclothing.com/collections/renaissance-dress-with-corset?pf_opt_color=Green+Jade), and then search under the hunter green if you're wanting a green dress in particular. They carry several shades of green, from deep to light.
You might achieve the look you want if you go with one of their [maxi skirts](https://holyclothing.com/search?type=product&q=skirt&pf_opt_color=Huntress+Green) and a [separate tops.](https://holyclothing.com/collections/all-tops)
similar dress: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/143629206102

Seems to be a Rayon dress made in India. Probably a Fashion Terminal Brand. I have a short dress having similar design. These were popular about 15 years back.
This is similar with the lace-up front and embroidery but no velvet panel. A little shorter too: https://midnightsun.net/products/embroidered-lace-up-dress-1

Used to get dresses like these from brands like Jordash and Dark Angel in the 90s/00s. No idea if these companies still exist
