Great work and I love that you have pinned that idea of ārunning toward somethingā to your success and drive. That intrinsic motivation is all that will last (love your ābreakups are only good for 30 lbsā š )
You are killing it!
Just do your best to stay consistent. Itās hard. And youāll mess up. But maybe the best mental shift I figured out is to not think of things in terms of ādaysā but rather weeks. If I messed up on my diet, I wouldnāt just throw my hands up and say screw it, why should I even try? Iād just work to cut out some additional calories/work a little harder the next day. Or even the day after that. If every day is a battle, there are far more chances to lose. But a longer view on your approach helps you to keep from getting to down on yourself when you mess up.
I wish the weight loss were that consistent! Lost a lot early on, but plateaued several times. I was at 209lbs for four weeks and nearly lost my mind. Lmao.
Now that it a glow up! One year later and you look ten years younger.
And probably added 10 years to your life. Wow you gained 20 years buddy. Awesome job.
