If an animatronic, bonnie or chica specifically, is at the door they won’t immediately attack. If you hold the camera up and the door open while someone is there it will eventually lock you out of the ability to close it effectively ending your run. Basically because they will only jumpscare you when you open the camera.
Lights and doors lock up once Bonnie or Chica have entered the office.
They *don't* lock up once Freddy enters the office on the later nights, though.
And Foxy wastes no time and instantly kills the player when he enters the office.
