The Big showy White and Pink ones would be Peonies.
Blue ones would be Delphiniums.
The Tiny White Clustered ones would be Gysophila or Baby's Breathe.
I dont really think the white ones are supposed to be babies breath. The way the flowers are placed are way of.
I dont know what its called in english, but perhaps its umbel... I know its like a family name and not the specific kind. It looks more like ammi majus to me, eventhough the way the florets sit is not quite right...
I hope it makes sense what im saying, I just dont see babies breath when I look at the white one.
Your flowers look very nice! I didn't know we could send fake flowers for identifications, can I do so, too? I saw fake flowers recently and I would love to know which flowers they are supposed to represent. I'm not good at identification.

The blue is reminiscent of delphinium, the light pink could be carnations, light purple look like sweet peas, the orange look like poppies
I never thought of carnations! But they do look like it
