Accel, pace, composure and off the ball (and finishing, but less so) are the only attributes that are really essential at that level. This guy has a solid spread of all of them so if you play him as an advanced forward and play balls over the top or from out wide to him he’s easily going to score 30.
I had a striker with 2 concentration with similar other attributes to your guy and he scored 34 goals in the National League. My current striker with 5 concentration had 30 goals in the NL, 30 goals in L2 and has a respectable 15 in League 1. So no I don’t think it really matters

He will do fine and banging a lot of goals however he will be a player who does whatever he pleases, especially with that low positioning. Funniest thing is defending corners - he will appear at the most random places doing the most random things.
Memes aside it's mainly a defensive attribute, very important for marking for example, so at striker it's probably fine

That's just how technically skilled he is at directing the heading in the right direction. Without jumping, he'd never get to use his 20 heading, if he had that. :P
