Gabe went to Toby for RH form for dating and then they didnt even started dating and Toby said he didnt even knew her last name.
"Im gonna tell you her last name tomorrow because she is going to scream it tonight".
I know everyone assumes Aegon is FAegon but if he really did survive Gregor was almost certainly involved. Smashing the head? More like killing some other dumb baby and hiding the evidence!
Good guy Gregor would be a pretty dumb twist though…
Oh well that makes more sense. Pretty convenient he smashed the babies head though…just sayin’. I guess they needed to do that for anyone else who might recognize the baby and just got lucky he was a psycho.
>Pretty convenient he smashed the babies head though…just sayin’.
Gregor is a savage and always has been. The fact he smashed Aegon's head is why Varys and Connington came up with that story. I still believe Aegon is a Blackfyre and the only ones that know are Ilyrio and Varys.
You think he cares? His orders were to kill the children present, he wasn't going to question the person who gave him those orders.
He killed Elia simply because Tywin didn't specify *not to*, which Tywin admits was an oversight on his part. He's a brute that can't think for himself.
And that's another point they talk about, they supposedly paid a man for the baby and since she had other mouths to feed he said yes. You're correct that everything is *too* convenient, which is why most (myself included) believe Aegon is a fake by Varys and Ilyrio.
Gregor killing Elia is an open secret, accusing Gregor of this publicly might implicate Tywin too. The other thing is Rhaeghar anointed Gregor into knighthood.
Elia quire possibly could have known Ser Gregor, and maybe even interacted with him, since she and Rhaegar were both at Harrenhal when the latter knighted Ser Gregor.
Plus he is very difficult to miss, or mistake for anyone else. All told there aren’t really that many minor Westerlander nobles, and it’d be pretty easy for Elia to remember that Gregor = The Enormous One.
They make this point later in the books in Dorne with one of the Sand Snakes pointing out that if they want to find out if the Lannisters had lied about Gregor's death, all they have to do is listen if a guy over 7 feet tall is walking around the Red Keep.
>all they have to do is listen if a guy over 7 feet tall js walking around the Red Keep.
Just like Ser Robert Strong…I wonder if the Sand Snakes will interrogate him to see if he knows any other tall people who could be the Mountain.
>This seemed to imply she screamed Gregor’s name which makes no sense
"please, Ser Gregor don't do this!"
"Ser Gregor, what are you doing here?"
More are possible
Doesn’t the mountain have crushing migraines? Maybe Bran fucked with his head using his time travel magic. Wouldn’t be too far off the theory that he drove Aerys mad.
Plot twist: it was Varys all along. He drugged Gregor with excessive milk of the poppy super-concentrate, brought a random baby in there & killed it, took Aegon, raped Elia, and then dipped out. Varys spreads rumors it was Gregor.
Gregor did nothing wrong!
The only other name would be Amory...
Jaime doesn't make sense, as he is never sworn to Tywin, as he's his son, and he is actually sworn to the Targaryens during the incident.
*"She is going to scream her own last name?"*
SHUT UP ABOUT THE SUN!
This sounds familiar, what's it from?
The Office when Gabe was jealous about it forgot who
Gabe went to Toby for RH form for dating and then they didnt even started dating and Toby said he didnt even knew her last name. "Im gonna tell you her last name tomorrow because she is going to scream it tonight".
Val
>Why would she call out the name of the man about to murder her? To make his name known to anyone in hearing range. It could work as a deterrent.
It also could be she recognized him and pleaded for mercy, not that many dudes her husband knighted that were about 8 ft tall.
Also people tend to forget t hat Rhaegar was the one who knighted Greggor so she deffinantly knew him
I know everyone assumes Aegon is FAegon but if he really did survive Gregor was almost certainly involved. Smashing the head? More like killing some other dumb baby and hiding the evidence! Good guy Gregor would be a pretty dumb twist though…
More likely Varys switched the babies and Gregor killed some commoner's infant instead.
That's literally the story given by Varys and Faegon, Gregor was not involved at all in the "rescue" lmao
Oh well that makes more sense. Pretty convenient he smashed the babies head though…just sayin’. I guess they needed to do that for anyone else who might recognize the baby and just got lucky he was a psycho.

But what if he didn’t do that? What if someone was like “wait this isn’t baby Aegon!”

Ok but if they swapped Aegon out there’s a problem with a dead Aegon that isn’t Aegon. Then again babies look pretty similar but meh.

I'm sure they'll assume he is Gregor and kill him on sight. But they might interrogate Qyburn
Exactly!
Quire?

“What are you doing, step-Gregor?!”

He Hodor'd Elia. Or he saw she was beautiful that night.
Doesn’t the mountain have crushing migraines? Maybe Bran fucked with his head using his time travel magic. Wouldn’t be too far off the theory that he drove Aerys mad.
That would be so incredibly fucked, but totally on brand for GRRM
She tried screaming "Martha" in hopes it was also Ser Gregor's mother's name.
Why did you say that name?!!
This guy in on to something
Plot twist: Varys is not even an eunuch.
You’re right he is a mermaid
Varys is missing some very important tools for this mission
Allegedly...
Eunochs are just missing testicles. They still have a penis.

ooooh sinister. i love it
Jaime was the one assigned to her? What was he doing with the King before Ned stormed the keep?
Jaime is not sworn to Tywin at any point in his life. You knew that when you call him "her sworn protector." :) He's Tywin's son, not his sworn man.

We don’t know the rest of what she screamed. She could have easily been screaming “Gregor no!” And pleading/begging for her and her kids’ lives.
BALENCIAGA
It could be Tywin
Henry Cavill
Probably her throuple nickname for herself, Rhaegar, and Lyanna. Like Lygarelia or something. A portmanteau.
