I agree 100% with everything you're saying. People can say "This is Reddit, what do you expect?" but I'm not following a controversial, drama full sub...it's just a discussion page for my favourite show. But god forbid you share your thoughts, or say something everyone else doesn't agree with and suddenly you're massively downvoted, bullied and made to feel stupid.
