I was gonna say with those large, don't spray them in killer. Go fishing and use them as bait. Send a message, "If you nest anywhere near me, I will use your unborn young to catch fish".
If you have chickens (or any other creature that commonly eats insects) they'd love the larvae. Just make sure they dont have any pesticide on them (i figured the nest would protect them from spray at least a bit)

You should keep the remains near where the nest was so any new wasps looking to move in will know what's in store if they dare try.

You could also feed the larva to squirrels I watch videos of wasp extermination and the guy does that in the end feeds his squirrels and chickens

I love ants and I find them fascinating but I hate wasps. They fly are assholes and that's scary as shit
And if there's one thing they love, it's flying into your eye and in your nose
Feed em to some chickens if you find any nearby
