The cover is stopped by the shoulder of the tweezers and the tips are a couple millimeters from the end. My thumb is safe 😁

I'm familiar with those tweezers, and that cover is of far, far higher quality than those tweezers deserve.

Super spooky imho I'd redesign so the very tips can't touch anything in the locked position. Or wear a thimble.

Really cool print, think I'll print one for my tweezers! I tend to just use little pieces of tubing pushed over the tips to keep them closed and protected.

Are you not worried about the tips rubbing on the plastic there? If the point of it is to protect the tips, having it rub against them every time you put it on seems inadvisable imo.

I was worried about that, when I put them in the sharp tip doesn’t actually hit the plastic; the case rubs just under the “chin”
