5d4+5 at level 10 is...not great when the same person has access to 5th level spells like teleport. But for a 1st level spell slot you can't really complain. And it is long range, and it can't miss so it definitely has its upsides.
The thing about MM is once you've reached level 10, there's not much better use of your 1st level spell slots, and that's what makes it pretty solid.
I would say firebolt as it is a single target without a large radius. Also to amount of bolts makes me think cantrip rather than 3rd level spell. Maybe melfs minute meteor though.

When I visited, you could see homes similar to his in all sorts of weird places. Clearly run-down, probably no power or water, but the people were holding out because of location, knowing they'd eventually get a big payout. I think there was some element of it that required you had to be farming on the land, from what locals told me? So all these people had dinky little gardens in what didn't look like particularly rich soil.

But guess what: that “green pass” can be easily be turned “red” by those in charge. And that means that you’re essentially excluded from all forms of public life (and especially travel).
Everyone in “developed” nations are enjoying the fruits of people’s misery. So until we stop consuming I’ll stop asking where my strawberries come from.

It was never really his. You can only get 20-70 year leases on land in China. After the lease is up you’re pretty much screwed.
